We have been in business since 2013 and have acquired various hosting companies to-date and have moved thousands of customers with no-hassle and no downtime to our enterprise hosting platform.
We will consider only Kenya based companies; with the majority of customers based in the Kenya. Your company must have been established for a minimum of 2 years and must be showing growing or stable turnover. Your suppliers must be on a monthly rolling contract or nearing renewal.
We prefer companies which have cPanel or Plesk service offerings, and utilise WHMCS for billing, automation and support. We understand that every company is different; providing you are a good fit for our business portfolio – we would be happy to discuss specific requirements or solutions.
If we believe your business is the right fit for our portfolio and you meet our requirements set out above; we may decide to make you an offer in line with current market rates.
The first step is to get in touch with us and send a short proposal and a brief overview of what your company has to offer us. We will send a digital Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to be signed so we can discuss the acquisition further.
Once the NDA has is exchanged, and we have discussed specifics, we will value your company based on the state, number of clients and amount of revenue. If we see a potential fit; we will make you an offer and negotiate a price that works for both parties.
Once negotiations have taken place; we will agree on a date and schedule of payments and events to ensure a smooth transition for your existing clients.
